Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely, courteous manner and take drink orders.
• Craft beverages using recipes with portion control and presentation in mind.
• Input orders into the POS system and generate checks for each guest.
• Handle cash, process payments, and verify charges.
• Maintain bar setup and stock of garnishes, juices, and perishables daily.
• Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations at all times.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and assist with other duties as assigned.
