Job summary

Levy Restaurants is seeking a Bartender to prepare and serve beverages to guests in the bar area. You will greet guests, mix drinks per recipes, and ensure responsible service in a fast-paced venue environment.

Adherence to liquor regulations, accurate cash handling, and maintaining bar stock are essential. You will contribute to a clean, organized work area and provide friendly, courteous service throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash and make accurate change.
• Maintain bar stock, garnishes and perishables to ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves beverages in the bar area in a friendly, timely manner.
• Sets up assigned bars and stocks beer, wine, spirits, glassware and utensils.
• Maintains stock and quality of garnishes, juices and perishables.
• Greets guests and processes orders, ensures correct identification.
• Checks IDs and enforces liquor laws.
• Receives and processes payments and records charges.
• Keeps the bar area clean and organized.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
