Qualifications

• Experience bartending and serving beverages in a busy setting.
• Knowledge of state liquor regulations and responsible service.
• Able to handle cash and payments accurately.
• Maintain bar stock, garnishes, and glassware.
• Provide courteous, timely guest service.

Responsibilities

• Sets up bars and stocks beer, wine, and spirits.
• Prepares and serves beverages per standard recipes.
• Greets guests and processes drink orders.
• Checks IDs and enforces liquor laws.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Accounts for cash, vouchers, and payments.
• Ensures proper storage and security of products.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
