MWR Kodiak in Kodiak, AK seeks a Bartender-03 to mix and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages in a fast-paced setting. You will handle drink preparation, cash transactions, and direct service to patrons or wait staff while maintaining bar sanitation and stock levels.

Responsibilities include setting up the bar, ensuring cleanliness, tracking supplies, completing required alcohol-service training, and following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience mixing alcoholic beverages for retail sale.
• Experience recognizing intoxicated or unruly patrons and resolving the problem.
• Experience following proper cash handling procedures.
• Must be able to stoop, stand, and walk for long periods; lift 5–10 lb, push 10–20 lb, occasionally up to 40 lb.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
• Serve patrons directly or deliver to wait staff; handle payments and make change.
• Set up bar and maintain sanitary conditions; keep stock levels and storeroom organized.
• Complete required training for alcohol service; comply with safety and sanitation procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
