Qualifications

• Experience mixing alcoholic beverages for retail sale.
• Ability to recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons and resolve issues.
• Experience following proper cash handling procedures.
• Must stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must meet minimum age requirement for serving alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
• Prepare drinks, serve to customers or staff, and handle payments on the cash register.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, setup and stock for efficient service, and ensure sanitary conditions.
• Complete required training for serving alcohol and follow safety procedures.
