Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender preferred.
• Knowledge of bartending principles, recipes and current trends.
• Able to obtain all Aramark and state/local required alcohol service certifications.
• Displays phenomenal hospitality, friendliness, and beverage knowledge.
• Demonstrates organizational and multi-tasking skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Requires occasional lifting up to 25 lb.
• Enjoys fast-paced work environments.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes orders, processes cash and card transactions.
• Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• May provide servers drinks from the service well.
• Adheres to alcohol service policies and age verification.
• Sets up and breaks down workstations, and maintains cleanliness.
• Takes inventory counts and checks stock levels.
• Delivers excellent guest service and anticipates guests' needs.
