Job summary

Wahlburgers is seeking a Bartender to join our team. Our Bartenders know our menus inside and out and craft classic and innovative drinks while delivering attentive, friendly, and sanitary service.

You will work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, guiding guests through menus, taking accurate orders, and collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences. 21+ and a passion for hospitality are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Able to speak to the restaurant's story and mission statement.
• Passion for hospitality, providing exceptional service, and creating memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Guides guests through menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the food, beverages, and ingredients.
• Takes accurate orders and partners with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests' expectations.
• Follows company policy in handling guest allergies/intolerances, ensuring guests receive safe meals.
• Properly enters all items served to guests at our Point of Sale (POS).
• Providing friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return.
• Handles guests' payments, and completes all appropriate transactions.
• Assists fellow team members as needed to ensure our guests receive the highest standard of food, beverage, and hospitality.
• Inspects restrooms, dining room, and wait area, cleans as needed, and reports any unsafe conditions to maintain safety and sanitation standards.
