Key Performance Elements/Essential Functions

They create classic and innovative drinks while providing attentive, friendly, and sanitary service. We want every guest to feel like family and create a positive experience to keep them coming back. We serve high‑quality food and great drinks in a fun atmosphere. If you are willing to learn, we will teach you.

Hospitality to our Guests

• Understand our culture and take steps necessary to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
• Guide guests through menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of the food, beverages, and ingredients.
• Provide food recommendations to guests and address all menu and service‑related inquiries.
• Taking accurate orders and partnering with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests' expectations.
• Follow company policy in handling guest allergies/intolerances, ensuring guests receive safe meals.
• Properly enter all items served to guests at our Point of Sale (POS).
• Provide friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return.
• Provide accurate checks to guests, accept payments, and complete all appropriate transactions.
• Handle guests' complaints by listening to their concerns, informing a manager promptly, and resolving issues to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return to the restaurant again.

Hospitality to your Team

• Arrive to work on time as scheduled, well‑groomed in the proper work attire, and ready to work.
• Clock in and out as scheduled.
• Demonstrate a helpful and positive attitude towards guests and team members.
• Complete all assigned tasks and duties assigned by managers/supervisors.
• Follow proper cash‑out/check‑out procedures before leaving at the end of a shift.
• Assist fellow team members as needed to ensure our guests receive the highest standard of food, beverage, and hospitality.

Hospitality to Restaurant

• Inspect restrooms, dining room, and wait area, clean as needed, and report any unsafe conditions to maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe environment in the restaurant.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced work environment.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Able to speak to the restaurant's story and mission statement.
• Passion for hospitality, providing exceptional service, and creating memorable dining experiences.
