• 18+ years old; 21+ preferred depending on state law
• Previous bartending experience preferred; cocktail knowledge a plus
• Valid alcohol service certification (TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol) required or obtained on hire
• Knowledge of classic and craft cocktails, beer, and wine
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Basic math for cash handling, tabs, and inventory

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes with consistency
• Greet guests, take orders, and make menu recommendations
• Check IDs and monitor alcohol service per state law and policy
• Enter orders, process payments, manage tabs in POS
• Maintain clean, stocked bar station and restock supplies
• Follow recipes and pouring standards to control costs
• Comply with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Coordinate with servers, barbacks, and kitchen staff
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed
