Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Bartender to serve beverages to guests in a fast, courteous, and efficient manner at our unit.

You will ensure proper billing procedures and uphold the company’s service standards while mixing drinks for guests over 21 years of age as required by law. Responsibilities include taking orders, pouring and serving drinks per recipes, maintaining bar supplies, handling payments, and verifying IDs.

Qualifications

• Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate with guests with high service standards.
• Ability to pass cash handling and TIPS training.
• Strong sanitation habits and professional appearance.
• Attention to guest needs and high-quality service orientation.
• Good problem-sensitivity and communication with management.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate customers' needs and fill drink/food orders.
• Pour, mix, and serve drinks following standard recipes.
• Maintain liquor, garnishes, glassware and bar supplies.
• Take payments from customers.
• Check identifications for alcohol service.
