The Westin Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Bartender to craft beverages and light fare with a focus on guest satisfaction. You will maintain clean bar areas, verify age, process payments, and ensure service excellence across shifts.

Qualified candidates have prior bartending or mixology experience and may hold a TIPS certification. A Food Sanitation certificate is a plus and must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

• Previous bartending/mixologist experience required or equivalent training.
• TIPS certification is a plus.
• Food Sanitation certification is a plus and must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain clean and organized bar areas.
• Prepare and serve beverages and/or food orders.
• Check identifications to verify legal drinking age.
• Take and deliver beverage orders, and serve/clear food as needed.
• Process guest checks and payments accurately.
• Follow procedures to identify and manage intoxicated guests.
• Assist with beverage inventory and par levels.
• Adhere to EarthView sustainability guidelines and safety standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction and support management as needed.
