Caspian's in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Bartender to deliver quality guest experiences with energy and hospitality. You will actively take orders, mix and serve drinks, and ensure accurate cash handling while providing friendly service.

The role requires knowledge of spirits, wine, and food, strong POS/cash handling skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; 21+ and Nevada licensing requirements apply. Join a team-focused bar operation in a high-traffic venue.

Qualifications

• 2-year bartender experience in a similar environment or 1-year in fine dining.
• Must have knowledge of Spirits, Wine and Food.
• Working knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
• Must be 21+ to handle alcohol in Nevada.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome.
• Mix and serve drinks, following recipes and cost criteria.
• Handle cash and credit payments; manage bartender bank at shift start.
• Provide menu knowledge and suggest items to guests.
• Maintain bar inventory and ensure proper rotation of items.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and check IDs when required.
• Keep bar area clean, organized and stocked for service.
• Communicate with management and team to address issues.
