Job summary

Lev Group's Las Vegas location is seeking a friendly and skilled bartender to craft classic and innovative drinks while providing attentive service. You will take orders, prepare beverages to standard recipes, handle payments via POS, and keep the bar clean and well-stocked.

At least 2 years in food and beverage, 21+ age, and strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine and spirits are preferred. Equity in team, growth opportunities, and a dynamic work environment in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years food and beverage service experience.
• Ability to handle money and operate POS systems.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine and spirits.
• Must be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with recipes.
• Take beverage orders from guests and process payments using POS.
• Balance cash register at start and end of shift.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and restock inventory.
• Present drink menus and make recommendations to guests.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to all guests.
