Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year of bartending or mixology experience in a similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of standard drink recipes and bar equipment.
• Proficient knowledge of spirits, wine and beer; able to handle POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes.
• Provide bar service to guests while seated at the bar.
• Review IDs to verify legal drinking age and process payments via POS.
• Maintain bar top aesthetics, cleanliness, and inventory.
• Participate in events, promotions and promotional activities as needed.
