In our hybrid service model, bartenders take orders at the bar or via QR codes, while helping guests navigate the menu and ensuring a welcoming experience.

Qualifications

• Has previous bartending experience.
• Is confident working in a high-volume environment.
• Is friendly, outgoing and enjoys interacting with guests.
• Is comfortable taking the initiative to assist guests.
• Can clearly explain our ordering system and help guests navigate the menu.
• Can move quickly while staying organized and accurate.
• Understands cleanliness and maintaining a well-run bar.
• Is dependable and works well as part of a team.
• Is comfortable learning about craft beer, cocktails and the food menu.
• Is willing to jump in and help wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Behind the bar, serve house beers, margaritas, cocktails, wine and spirits; take food/drink orders and keep things moving during high-volume shifts.
• Work with hosts, runners and kitchen team to ensure guests have a great experience from start to finish.
