The director oversees pilot design, fundraising, and performance management with district collaboration and community stakeholders.

Qualifications

Master's or higher degree with 3+ years in non-profit or local government.
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in similar settings.
Experience collaborating with school districts is a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with the school district lead to facilitate coalition meetings and enhance partner engagement.
Convene cross-sector partners including education, government, nonprofit, healthcare, philanthropy, and business.
Establish a shared community vision and common agenda aligned with cradle-to-career success.
Coordinate priorities, strategies, and investments to maximize impact.
Build trust and accountability among partners to advance outcomes.
Lead an initiative design and implementation plan for a place-based pilot.
Develop fundraising strategies and manage budgets to ensure sustainability.
Supervise staff and align cradle-to-career work with organizational priorities.
Represent United Way in community and regional collaborations and advocate for policy changes.
