Civista Bank is seeking an experienced CRA Officer to lead our Community Reinvestment Act strategy and help strengthen the communities we serve. This role combines CRA knowledge with relationship building, community development, and strategic thinking to identify meaningful opportunities across Civista’s footprint.

As the CRA Officer, you will oversee compliance, monitor performance, prepare regulatory reports, and collaborate with Lending, Compliance, Marketing, and Community partners.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field preferred.
• Five+ years of CRA/regulatory compliance experience.
• Experience working with community organizations and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and lead CRA strategy aligned with the bank's goals and community development objectives.
• Monitor CRA performance, regulatory requirements, and program effectiveness.
• Prepare and submit CRA reports and analyses for regulators and management.
• Coordinate examinations, audits, and regulatory reviews of CRA activities.
• Engage with community organizations, government entities, and economic development groups.
