Civista Bank is hiring an experienced CRA Officer to lead our CRA strategy and strengthen the communities we serve. This role combines regulatory knowledge with relationship building and strategic thinking to advance opportunities for LMI individuals and areas.

The officer will oversee CRA compliance, reporting, and community development initiatives, collaborating across lines of business and ensuring regulatory readiness.

Formación

• Five or more years of CRA/regulatory compliance experience.
• Experience collaborating with lending, risk management and compliance.
• Experience building relationships with community organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement CRA strategies aligned with the bank's plans.
• Monitor CRA performance and prepare regulatory reports and analyses.
• Coordinate CRA examinations, audits, and regulatory reviews.
• Engage with community organizations and stakeholders to advance initiatives.
