Associated Bank is seeking an Assistant CRA Officer to lead the day-to-day CRA program, ensuring regulatory compliance and advancing community development initiatives. You will partner with multiple business lines to strengthen lending, investments, and outreach efforts, while supporting examinations and audits.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in banking compliance with CRA emphasis, plus 2+ years of leadership, and the ability to work across teams to drive program

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Risk, Compliance, CRA, Legal, Mortgage Lending, or related field.
• 5+ years of banking experience in compliance, risk, CRA, regulatory examinations, or related risk management with emphasis on CRA.
• 2+ years of banking leadership experience or leading a banking department, product, or program.
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple business lines.
• Knowledge of banking compliance, regulatory examinations, risk management, or CRA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operations of the CRA program and ensure timely completion of reviews.
• Partner with business lines to support CRA-eligible lending, investments, services.
• Coordinate regulatory examinations, internal audits, mergers and acquisitions related to CRA compliance.
• Develop, implement, and enhance CRA policies and processes for compliance and program effectiveness.
• Deliver training and guidance to partners on CRA requirements and eligible activities.
• Prepare performance reporting and narratives to support decision-making and oversight.
