Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in CRA compliance or related regulatory functions within a financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of CRA, Regulation BB and interagency CRA guidance.
• Experience supporting CRA examinations, audits, monitoring and regulatory reporting.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical policies and governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Bank's CRA Program on a day-to-day basis, coordinating governance and examination readiness.
• Monitor CRA performance against goals across loans, investments, services, and community initiatives.
• Coordinate CRA activities, eligibility analysis, and documentation for CRA-qualified actions.
• Maintain CRA records, data integrity, and management reporting for regulators and executives.
• Prepare CRA reports and updates for Senior Management, committees and the Board.
• Support CRA strategy development and annual CRA planning and governance enhancements.
