Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the CRA program, ensuring timely reviews and regulatory compliance
• Partner with business lines to support CRA-eligible lending, investments, and services
• Coordinate regulatory examinations, audits, mergers and acquisitions related to CRA
• Develop and enhance policies and processes to strengthen compliance and program effectiveness
• Deliver training and guidance on CRA requirements to business partners
• Prepare performance reporting and management narratives to support oversight
