Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Community Reinvestment, Program Management.
• High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Community Reinvestment, Program Management.

Responsibilities

• CRA Review and Rationale Write-Up – interpret CRA regulations to review community development activities and prepare justification write-ups.
• Analysis – evaluate CRA programs and provide improvement recommendations.
• Volunteer events – plan and execute volunteer appreciation events and coordinate CRA/community development opportunities.
• Support – serve as point of contact for employees and assist with assessments area delineation and Public File maintenance.
