What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and analyze CRA regulations to assess community development activities and prepare rationale write-ups
- Conduct evaluations of CRA program effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Coordinate and support volunteer events related to CRA/Community Development
- Act as the primary contact for employees regarding volunteer management inquiries
- Assist with compliance and other duties as assigned, such as annual Assessment Area delineation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in community reinvestment or program management
OR
- High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in community reinvestment or program management
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 years of experience in a Community Reinvestment Act capacity (1st, 2nd, or 3rd Line of Defense)
- Experience in Volunteer Management and CRA program compliance and examination
- Background at a FDIC regulated financial institution or as an Examiner
