Overview

This is a remote role that may only be hired in North Carolina. Occasional travel to the Raleigh, North Carolina office may be required.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis - Source, compile, interpret data, and communicate findings effectively.
• System Support - Provide daily technical support, respond to inquiries, improve user experience, and assist with system modifications and enhancements.
• Identifying Requirements - Determine system needs, document specifications, reports, and project plans, and monitor compliance.
• Reporting - Generate reports, identify patterns and discrepancies, and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support, OR a High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UKG WFM and Payroll systems, UKG Dimensions, or UKG Pro.
• Knowledge of system configurations, report writing, and integrations.
• Serve as primary contact for system issues, upgrades, and integrations.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure data flow.
• Generate reports for audits, compliance, and insights.
• Train users on UKG features and stay updated on legal and compliance requirements.
• Previous HR domain experience is a plus.
