• Must have or be able to obtain Mortgage Loan Originator License (NMLS).
• Experience with government and CRA mortgage programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage loans sourced from referrals and partners.
• Present personalized mortgage products and collect borrower documents.
• Ensure completeness of loan documentation and timely closings.
• Maintain relationship servicing with current mortgage customers.
• Promote CRA products and participate in community outreach.
