Job summary

Citizens is seeking a CRA Loan Officer in Seven Hills, OH to identify, develop, and maintain a strong network for mortgage lending opportunities. You will interview customers, advise on loan products, and assemble complete mortgage applications while meeting sales goals and policies.

Responsibilities include funding a minimum CRA loans monthly, maintaining CRA-eligible business share, and engaging with organizations serving the LMI community.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in residential mortgage sales.
• Three or more years of retail residential mortgage sales experience.
• Documented residential mortgage loan volume in past 12 months of at least $12 million.
• Established relationships with local referral networks.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Proficient with standard laptop technology and software.

Responsibilities

• Close and fund a minimum of 3 CRA loans per month.
• Maintain 60% of overall business as CRA eligible.
• Create and maintain active involvement in organizations serving the LMI community in your designated market.
• Activate community second programs ensuring necessary documentation is submitted for approval.
• Conduct 6 homebuyer seminars per year.
• Work with the Community Development Market manager to participate in CRA events.
• Volunteer to serve on boards or committees of not-for-profit organizations.
• Schedule on-call days with Community Development Market managers twice a year.
• Educate on CRA mortgage products to generate referrals in LMA branches.
