Job summary

Nubank is seeking a Compliance Analyst to lead CRA support and consumer protection compliance for its US deposit and lending products. You will operate within the Second Line of Defense to oversee CRA program execution and engage with community stakeholders.

The role focuses on charter readiness and strengthening consumer compliance posture under the current US operating model. You will translate complex regulations into actionable guidance and drive remediation with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

Dedicated compliance, risk, or audit experience within a US financial institution or bank.
Experience with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA).
Experience engaging with community organizations and local stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
Deep working knowledge of US consumer regulations (ECOA/Reg B, TILA/Reg Z, UDAAP).

Responsibilities

Advise business partners on new product initiatives to identify compliance risks.
Challenge First Line on design and adequacy of controls, policies, and procedures.
Translate regulatory requirements into plain-language guidance for cross-functional teams.
Monitor regulatory changes and coordinate remediation with the 1st and 3rd lines of defense.
Support the development of CRA strategic planning and program readiness.
Build and maintain CRA records and data for examinations readiness.
