Job summary

First United Bank is seeking a Community Reinvestment Analyst II to advance CRA and Fair Banking compliance through data analysis, regulatory reporting, and strategic initiatives. The role acts as a SME, mentoring staff and aligning CRA performance with regulatory expectations and corporate values.

The analyst will lead CRA investments documentation, assessments, and collaboration with stakeholders to mitigate compliance risks while supporting internal and external audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of CRA compliance, community development, or regulatory reporting experience.
• Proficiency in CRA software (RATA Comply) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Familiarity with Jack Henry or other financial systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead collection, qualification, and documentation of CRA investments, services, and community development loans for CRA exams.
• Prepare and maintain CRA and Fair Lending performance context documentation.
• Conduct CRA and Fair Lending assessments, mapping, and reviews.
• Manage CRA-related branch and office data in systems like RATA Comply; track openings/closings/relocations.
• Collaborate with senior management to communicate CRA performance and priorities.
• Support audits and regulatory examinations related to CRA and Fair Banking.
• Provide mentorship and training on CRA and Fair Banking topics.
