Job summary

Nubank is seeking an experienced Compliance Analyst with dedicated compliance, risk, or audit experience at a regulated US financial institution. This role carries primary ownership of CRA support and consumer protection compliance across Nubank's US deposit and unsecured lending products.

As part of the Second Line of Defense, you will help drive the CRA Strategic Plan, engage with community organizations, monitor regulatory developments, and translate complex rules into practical guidance for

Qualifications

• Dedicated compliance, risk, or audit experience within a US financial institution or bank.
• Direct working experience with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA).
• Experience engaging with community organizations and stakeholders.
• Deep working knowledge of US consumer compliance regulations (ECOA, TILA, UDAAP, EFTA).
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and advise cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support CRA program development and strategic planning for the organizing bank.
• Engage with community organizations to assess local credit needs and document them.
• Oversee CRA recordkeeping, data, and documentation for examinations.
• Provide compliance advisory to product, technology, and business teams.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into plain-language guidance.
