Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline preferred or equivalent recruiting experience.
• 2+ years of agency recruiting in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Strong ability to network using tools such as LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Talent sourcing and candidate engagement within the CQV department.
• Source and identify qualified CQV, validation, engineering, and other life sciences roles.
• Utilize sourcing platforms to identify active and passive candidates and conduct initial outreach.
