Job summary

IPS - Integrated Project Services, LLC is seeking a CQV Resourcing Specialist to coordinate recruitment within the Compliance/CQV Department at our Blue Bell, PA office. You will source candidates for CQV, validation, engineering, and other life sciences roles, engaging talent and maintaining strong pipelines.

Responsibilities include outreach, initial screenings, ATS updates, and collaboration with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combinations of education and recruiting experience will be considered.
• 2+ years of experience in agency recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to network, using tools such as LinkedIn.

Job Description

At IPS, we are global leaders in developing innovative solutions for the consulting, architecture, engineering, project controls, procurement, construction management, and CQV of technically complex facilities, primarily in the life sciences industry. We are looking for a talented CQV Resourcing Specialist to join our dedicated team at our office in Blue Bell, PA.

In this role, you will coordinate the recruitment and hiring within our Compliance/CQV Department.

Additional Responsibilities

• Talent sourcing and candidate engagement.


• Source and identify qualified candidates for CQV, validation, engineering, and other technical life sciences positions.


• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and other sourcing platforms to identify active and passive candidates.


• Conduct initial candidate outreach and preliminary phone screenings to assess qualifications, availability, and career interests.


• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs.


• Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective candidates to ensure strong candidate experience.


• Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements, technical qualifications, and hiring priorities.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).


• Track sourcing activities, candidate engagement, and recruitment pipeline progress.


• Support the recruitment process from initial candidate identification through submission to the hiring team.


• Assist with interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and recruitment coordination.


• Provides salary range guidance based on current, competitive compensation levels in the area.


• Coordinate the pre-employment and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.


• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent combinations of education and relevant recruiting experience will also be considered.


• Prior experience in agency recruiting is preferred, ideally with at least 2 years of success sourcing and placing candidates in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong ability to network, utilizing various tools such as LinkedIn.
