Job summary

IPS-Integrated Project Services is seeking a CQV Resourcing Specialist to coordinate recruitment within the Compliance/CQV Department at our Blue Bell, PA office. You will source, engage, and screen candidates for CQV, validation, engineering, and other technical life sciences positions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combinations of education and recruiting experience will be considered.
• 2+ years of agency recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong networking skills using tools like LinkedIn to identify qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for CQV, validation, engineering, and other life sciences roles.
• Coordinate initial candidate outreach and preliminary phone screenings to assess qualifications and interest.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs within the CQV/Compliance team.
• Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities.
• Maintain accurate candidate information within the ATS and track recruitment progress.
• Assist with interview scheduling and coordination throughout the process.
• Provide salary range guidance based on local market levels.
• Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding processes for new hires.

At IPS, we are global leaders in developing innovative solutions for the consulting, architecture, engineering, project controls, procurement, construction management, and CQV of technically complex facilities, primarily in the life sciences industry. We are looking for a talented CQV Resourcing Specialist to join our dedicated team at our office in Blue Bell, PA.

In this role, you will coordinate the recruitment and hiring within our Compliance/CQV Department.

Additional Responsibilities

• Talent sourcing and candidate engagement.
• Source and identify qualified candidates for CQV, validation, engineering, and other technical life sciences positions.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and other sourcing platforms to identify active and passive candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and preliminary phone screenings to assess qualifications, availability, and career interests.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective candidates to ensure strong candidate experience.
• Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements, technical qualifications, and hiring priorities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Track sourcing activities, candidate engagement, and recruitment pipeline progress.
• Support the recruitment process from initial candidate identification through submission to the hiring team.
• Assist with interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and recruitment coordination.
• Provides salary range guidance based on current, competitive compensation levels in the area.
• Coordinate the pre-employment and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent combinations of education and relevant recruiting experience will also be considered.
• Prior experience in agency recruiting is preferred, ideally with at least 2 years of success sourcing and placing candidates in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to network, utilizing various tools such as LinkedIn.
