Job summary

Natera is seeking a dedicated Level 2 Instrument Service Engineer to support laboratory equipment across our California operations. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, install new instruments, qualify systems, and coordinate with QA and automation teams to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates have BS in a biological science, 1–3 years' experience with lab equipment, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Provide Level 2 support for lab equipment, troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Install and qualify instruments, update protocols as needed.
• Coordinate with QA, process engineering, and vendors to minimize downtime.
• Maintain preventive maintenance and calibration schedules.
• Ensure compliance with GDP, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Document service activities and maintain clear records.

Responsibilities
