Job summary

Qualifications

• MSW or higher degree in Social Work or related field required.
• Experience in training development, QA, and curriculum design preferred.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret audits and compliance findings.

Responsibilities

• Train new and existing staff and facilitate onboarding.
• Develop and facilitate Adult Services training curricula based on audits and QA reviews.
• Coordinate with agency leadership to identify training needs and improve outcomes.
