Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus four years of professional work in counseling, case management or program evaluation.
• Three years must involve services to children and/or juveniles.
• Graduate coursework may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Meet COA standards by completing projects and reviews.
• Lead statewide and regional CQI meetings and workgroups.
• Analyze data trends to inform practice improvements.
• Facilitate data-led conversations to help staff improve CQI processes.
• Oversee case process reviews and related CQI activities.
