Job Family: Field Operations

This position requires 100% traveling availability. It will be site-based according to open construction projects.

The Lead Supervisor Group in VAME CPX. Technical Proficiency and Subject Matter Experts for Installation and Commissioning of Vestas Wind Turbines.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the operations of CPX Site Execution.
2. The right hand of the Construction Manager.
3. Plan all day-to-day work for technicians and manage all site activities from first component delivery to last turbine handed over to Service.
4. Mentor/Train/Coach site personnel.

Qualifications:

1. Technician Tech III Level (or comparable).
2. Worked on and/or learned turbine installation on a Vestas Construction Project.
3. Performed Mechanical Walkdowns.
4. Ran a Turbine Commissioning Crew.

Competencies:

1. Full workability of normal office computer/software skillset.
2. Natural Leadership Skills.
3. SAP and Procore Training.
