Work experience: Skilled Worker / Semi-Skilled Worker

Type of position: Full-Time

Job Family: Field Operations

This position requires 100% traveling availability; it will be site-based according to open construction projects.

The Lead Supervisor Group in VAME CPX is seeking Technical Proficiency and Subject Matter Experts for Installation and Commissioning of Vestas Wind Turbines.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the operations of CPX Site Execution.
2. Act as the right hand of the Construction Manager.
3. Plan all day-to-day work for technicians and manage all site activities from the first component delivery to the last turbine handed over to Service.
4. Mentor, train, and coach site personnel.

Qualifications:

1. Technician Tech III Level (or comparable).
2. Experience with turbine installation on a Vestas Construction Project.
3. Experience performing Mechanical Walkdowns.
4. Full proficiency in normal office computer/software skills.
5. SAP and Procore Training.
