Work experience Skilled Worker / Semi-Skilled Worker

Type of position: Full-Time

Job Family: Field Operations

This position requires 100% traveling availability; it will be site-based according to open construction projects.

The Lead Supervisor Group in VAME CPX is responsible for technical proficiency and subject matter expertise for the installation and commissioning of Vestas Wind Turbines.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the operations of CPX Site Execution.
  2. Act as the right hand of the Construction Manager.
  3. Plan all day-to-day work for technicians and manage all site activities from first component delivery to last turbine handed over to Service.
  4. Mentor, train, and coach site personnel.

Qualifications:

  1. Technician Tech III Level (or comparable).
  2. Experience with turbine installation on a Vestas Construction Project.
  3. Performed Mechanical Walkdowns.
  4. Full workability of normal office computer/software skillset.
  5. SAP and Procore Training.
