Job summary

Nuvacore is building a high-performance, low-power CPU for next-generation compute workloads. As Design Verification Lead you will head a team verifying functionality and correctness of the CPU design, spanning pre-silicon and post-silicon prep activities.

You will drive test environments, regression strategies, and test plans, while mentoring DV engineers and delivering robust verification results across unit, core, and system levels.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in a relevant engineering field with 15+ years in CPU verification.
• Strong architecture understanding and verification trade-offs.
• Experience with RISC-V, ARM64, or x86 ISA.
• Proven debugging and sign-off ability on CPU programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead test environments for CPU unit, core, or system verification.
• Develop regression, stimulus, coverage, and bug tracking workflows.
• Create test plans, DV methodologies, and best practices for the team.
• Verify CPU performance against models and write tests in ASM/C/C++.
• Set up emulation and formal methods for high-performance verification.
