AMD’s Core Verification team in Fort Collins, CO, seeks a Core Verification Engineer to advance verification for high-speed CPU designs. You will contribute to developing randomized test stimulus, improving verification coverage, and collaborating with RTL teams to optimize strategies.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with C/C++, Ruby or x86 assembly, and a solid understanding of modern computer architecture.

Competenze

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with programming languages such as Ruby, C/C++, x86 assembly or similar.
• Knowledge of verification techniques for microprocessors, ASICs, or digital designs.

Mansioni

• Develop verification processes, methodologies, and tools for high-speed microprocessor designs.
• Lead or contribute to verification stimulus for architectural features.
• Collaborate with RTL design team to define and optimize verification strategies for CPU cores.
• Measure verification coverage, identify gaps, and drive improvements.
