Job summary

20four7VA connects offshore independent contractors with clients worldwide, including the US market, to support business efficiency. The role focuses on calling client-generated annuity and life-insurance leads, qualifying interest, and scheduling follow-ups for US-based consumers.

The position is remote, part-time (about 10 hours/week, with potential to grow to 20+ hours). Prior CRM and outbound-calling experience are preferred to excel with GoHighLevel or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, customer service or lead generation.
• Strong spoken English with a native or near-native accent.
• Proficiency with phone/dialer systems and calendar scheduling tools.
• Ability to commit to 10 hours per week with potential to increase.
• Comfortable working with U.S.-based consumers.

Responsibilities

• Call client-generated annuity and life-insurance leads using provided scripts.
• Confirm interest and availability while handling objections professionally.
• Schedule qualified prospects on the client's or designated agent's calendar.
• Update lead records, call outcomes, and notes in GoHighLevel.
• Maintain accurate follow-up information to ensure no promising leads are lost.
• Provide basic end-of-day reporting as requested.
