Job summary

20four7VA is seeking a detail-oriented Catalog Management Specialist to maintain product descriptions, specs, and catalog data for US-based clients.

You will format product information for websites, update pricing and inventory, coordinate with Sales/Marketing, and assist with basic social media monitoring while ensuring accuracy and consistency across channels.

Strong Excel skills, proofreading ability, and experience with e-commerce platforms are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Previous experience in e-commerce, product catalog management, or sales support
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent data-entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong written English and proofreading skills
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM CST

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Acumatica or similar ERP systems
• Experience with customer portals for content management
• Background in manufacturing, wholesale, retail, or lighting industries
• Experience with Digital Asset Management tools
