Job summary

Lake Health District Hospital is seeking a Clinic Medical Assistant for PRN (as needed) shifts. The position is less than 24 hours per week, day shift, with flexible scheduling and collaboration with Physician, FNP, PA.

As a non-exempt, hourly, non-union, non-benefitted role, the MA will support clinic operations, maintain supplies and assist staff as needed in the clinic setting. Candidates should have a high school diploma and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Previous Medical Assistant or CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Functions as the medical assistant for Clinic and patients.
• Maintains supplies and assists professional staff as needed in the clinic.
