Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our clubs well maintained and safe in Framingham, MA. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs across plumbing, lighting, millwork, door hardware and other systems to ensure a positive member experience.

You'll handle varied challenges in a fast-paced, health-club environment while documenting work in our maintenance system and prioritizing immediate repairs as needed. CPR/AED certification is required within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–4 years facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and repairs assets such as millwork, plumbing, lighting, pool systems, laundry equipment.
• Verifies logs for temperatures, pressures and chemistry meet requirements.
• Responds to repair requests and emergencies promptly.
• Records maintenance activity in Tracking software.
