Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. seeks a Center-level administrator to manage Counseling and Career Preparation Programs (CPP) and supervise staff. The role emphasizes student counseling, case management, retention, completion, and high-quality program delivery.

You will partner with OA/CTS teams to support student transitions, maintain confidentiality, and ensure data integrity while driving center performance and positive student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 15 semester hours in Social Services-related instruction.
• Master's degree from an accredited school preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in program management and direction.
• Substantial experience working with youth.
• Prefer Job Corps or related program experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Counseling and Career Preparation Programs (CPP) and staff.
• Ensure student counseling services and case management support retention and completion.
• Align with OA/CTS staff to support student transitions during program phases.
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity for student information.
• Monitor program outcomes to meet performance goals.
• Recruit, hire, discipline, and evaluate CPP department staff.
• Provide training and development for staff; manage schedules and incidents.
• Foster community linkages and positive image of the Center and Job Corps.
• Ensure safe, clean, and conducive learning environments for students.
