Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. in Keystone – Drums, PA is seeking a Center Supervisor for the Career Preparation Program. You will supervise, instruct, train and support students, develop achievement plans and monitor progress to ensure retention and success in CPP.

Responsibilities include delivering classroom instruction, evaluating student performance, coordinating pre-arrival activities, mentoring students, and ensuring a safe, organized Center environment. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from an accredited school required.
• Valid Driver's License required and meet insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support students in the Career Preparation Program.
• Conduct classroom instruction and evaluate student performance.
• Ensure Center meets or exceeds DOL/Company performance goals.
• Provide remedial support and guidance for CPP completion.
• Evaluate readiness to transition to CDP.
• Provide comprehensive case management and counseling to students.
• Document student progress using the case management system.
• Coordinate pre-arrival activities and new student processes.
