Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. seeks a seasoned manager to lead the Counseling and Career Preparation Programs (CPP). The role ensures comprehensive student counseling, individualized case management and adherence to data confidentiality.

The position partners with OA and CTS staff to support student transitions and to promote retention, completion and job placement within Job Corps. Bachelor’s is required; master’s preferred, with minimum two years in program management and youth-focused work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (including at least 15 semester hours in Social Services-related instruction) from an accredited school.
• Masters degree from an accredited school preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience in program management and direction.
• Substantial experience working with youth.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Counseling & Career Preparation Programs and staff.
• Ensures confidentiality and integrity of student data and progress.
• Monitors program outcomes to meet DOL/Company performance goals.
• Interviews, hires, disciplines and evaluates CPP staff.
• Provides high-quality supervision and case management for students.
