We’re looking for a Chief Product Officer to lead our Product function and drive the next stage of growth across our products. You’ll shape the product strategy, turn business goals into clear priorities, and build strong, autonomous product teams.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong product leadership with analytical and commercial thinking, is comfortable with complexity and ambiguity, makes data-driven decisions focused on business impact, and knows how to bring structure without slowing teams down.
- Product Vision & Strategy: Own the product vision and strategy across multiple products, translating business objectives into clear priorities, measurable goals, and product roadmaps that drive business outcomes;
- Product Organization: Shape and scale the Product function, defining team structure, ownership areas, responsibilities, and effective ways of working;
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers, strengthening their product expertise, autonomy, decision-making, and ownership;
- Product Discovery & Experimentation: Build a strong discovery culture, helping teams identify opportunities, understand user problems, validate hypotheses, run experiments, and make evidence-based product decisions;
- Product Analytics: Drive product analytics together with the Analytics team — define core metrics, understand their relationships, analyze user behavior, and turn insights into product decisions that improve business performance;
- Technology & Delivery Alignment: Partner closely with the CTO and Engineering to align product and technical roadmaps, develop effective cross-functional teams, and keep delivery focused on product and business outcomes;
- Business Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Support, and other departments to align product priorities with business growth, customer segments, and market expansion;
- Market & Growth Opportunities: Continuously analyze product performance, competitors, market trends, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities and adapt product priorities.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, including 3+ years in senior product leadership roles such as CPO, VP of Product, Head of Product, or Product Director;
- Proven experience leading Product Managers and managing product strategy, priorities, and roadmaps across multiple products or business domains;
- Strong product analytics expertise, including hands-on experience with funnels, cohorts, retention, churn, LTV, segmentation, and experimentation;
- Proven ability to translate data and business insights into product decisions, measurable improvements, and commercial results;
- Deep expertise in product discovery, customer research, hypothesis validation, A/B testing, and experimentation;
- Strong commercial understanding of revenue, monetization, pricing, growth, profitability, and unit economics;
- Experience building and scaling Product organizations, defining ownership, hiring and developing Product Managers, and establishing effective product processes;
- Experience with complex, high-load transactional products involving interconnected systems, user journeys, revenue streams, and teams, preferably in marketplaces, e-commerce, FinTech, or iGaming;
- Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels, diving deep into product mechanics, user behavior, and business metrics when needed;
- Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills, with experience aligning Product, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, and senior stakeholders;
- Proactive mindset, strong ownership, critical thinking, and the ability to challenge assumptions and make decisions in uncertain environments;
Will be your boost:
- Familiarity with the Steam trade system, skins market, or gaming experience (CS2, Dota2, Rust);
- Experience with two-sided marketplaces, including buyer/seller dynamics, liquidity, inventory, and pricing;
- Experience with payment systems, digital goods, trading platforms, or B2B integrations.

Hi! I’m the CPO, and I’m looking for a Chief Product Officer who can become my partner in shaping where our products go next. We run a complex, high-load marketplace where trading, payments, and user journeys all connect, and things are moving fast. We need someone who’s excited to own that. You’ll work side by side with me, the CTO, and Analytics, turning data and business goals into clear priorities, and building a strong, autonomous Product team along the way. No bureaucracy, no heavy corporate layers, just real ownership, real impact, and a lot of space to shape how we build. If you know your way around marketplaces (and maybe a bit of CS2, Dota 2, or Rust), let’s talk

Spacer's reviews on working in TS
I’ve been working at Trading Space as a Tech Product Manager, and honestly, it doesn’t feel like “just a job.” What I love most is that it’s not a company obsessed with processes, but a company that truly cares about people. The communication is amazing, the team is full of real experts, and everyone is so supportive and kind — total sweethearts!
Trading Space is a rare find where they understand that happy developers create better products. Here, they care about technological growth and personal comfort. You feel like a true professional. All of this creates an atmosphere of mutual respect and motivates you to do your best.
I’ve been working at the company — with some short breaks — since its very beginning. Over the years, I’ve witnessed incredible growth: the team has expanded, new products have been launched, and everyone has grown both professionally and personally. Most importantly, we’ve managed to preserve the warm and friendly atmosphere within the team.
There are companies where you just work, and there are companies where you live. And it's not hard work, not “oh God, it's Monday again,” but enjoyment, a cool atmosphere, and a team that's great to be with. I'm glad I 'm here!
I have been working at Trading Space for over 2 years, and looking back, I don’t regret a single minute spent in the company. At first, I was simply happy about the fully remote format, but I quickly realized that the company has an incredible number of advantages — from a friendly and supportive team, teambuilding events, courses, and lectures to constant bonuses for your contribution and sometimes just for being part of it. If you want to work, grow personally and professionally, and be part of something bigger than just a company for work experience, this is the perfect place.
