Responsibilities

• Develop and manage CPM schedules through design and construction.
• Establish baselines, monitor progress and variances.
• Assess delays and changes, produce financial forecasts.
• Support recovery planning and schedule alternatives.
• Coordinate with multiple project teams and stakeholders.
