Job summary

SRE Engineering, D.P.C. is seeking a CPM Scheduler in New York City to support construction management on NYC Health + Hospitals capital improvement projects.

You will develop and maintain master project schedules, perform critical path and variance analyses, and keep stakeholders informed of project progress and risks. Responsibilities include CPM scheduling in Primavera P6, schedule narratives, handling time extensions, and coordinating with project managers and field staff.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of CPM scheduling experience on construction projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 required; MS Project a plus.
• Experience with NYC public sector clients and prevailing wage projects preferred.
• PMI-SP or PSP or equivalent scheduling certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update CPM schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent software.
• Perform critical path analysis, variance analysis, and schedule impact studies.
• Prepare weekly look-ahead schedules and monthly schedule narratives for OFD.
• Evaluate contractor time extension requests and recommend approvals or denials.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and field staff to capture progress data.
• Prepare resource-loaded schedules and earned value tracking as directed.
